This drawing took over two years between leaving it to collect dust and then returning to it with a massive burst of energy. It originally started off as a simple class project to just sketch a figure in motion back in 2021. Then after the class was over I wanted to continue forward with the drawing.

Kobe Bryant and his work ethic, mentality, and professionalism has always been very inspiring to me and is something I strive towards as an artist. I wanted to create a piece that remained as a reminder to that mindset.
